I love this gym and been a member for almost 2 years. I have been a member of several different gyms in the past and always end up quitting after a couple months. I kept coming back to this gym because the friendly staff and my personal trainer, Andy! I am usually greeted by name when I come in and don't just feel like a number. I even had staff comment on my weight loss. Andy is also the best personal trainer I ever worked with; he pushes you and gives you work outs you can do on your own. The owner is great as well and always greets me when I come in. Because of this gym and their staff, I have stayed active and managed to lose 45 pounds and counting! I can go on and on about this gym but just go see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

I've never been a member of a gym before so this was a leap for me. I am so happy to have walked in. Staff are so kind and caring, helpful, welcoming. After just 3 weeks in the Silver Sneaker program, I've made new friends, I feel better, and the results are obvious. During workouts, we have some laughs. Andy and Joe are very attentive to individual ability levels and take the time to point out helpful modifications. I couldn't be more pleased, especially since all this is covered by my Medicare Advantage! Wellness is great!
