BOOT CAMPA mix of intense aerobic and strength training with elements of interval training designed to torch calories, build endurance and increase strength.

CORE: Build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve your balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

CORE & BOOTYTone your core & the muscles around your core, back and butt! This class uses resistance bands, weights & bodyweight exercises to build strength and stability.

DANCE FITNESS: A high-energy, fun class that blends fitness with dance across music genres! Easy to learn, repetitive steps, and no coordination necessary! Let go and let your feet and heart move you to better health both physically and mentally with Dance Fitness!

FOREVER FIT: Total body group training program geared to active older adults. Exercises to help keep muscles toned in a fun, social environment.

JOLT DANCE: A pop/hip-hop based fitness class with sprinkles of all kinds of dance styles!

KICK AEROBICS: Basic kickboxing movement and motion drills for a great cardio workout!

MIND & BODY YOGA: A slow moving hybrid class where we introduce multiple yoga styles, encouraging physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

OCTANE: 60 minutes of pulse-pounding, muscle-toning, endurance-building exercises. Take your fitness to a new level!

PARKINSON'S FITNESS: Exercises that can help improve gait, balance, tremor flexibility, grip strength and motor coordination.

PUMP & SCULPT: A total body workout using various methods of training utilizing free weights, barbells, and bodyweight with a great mix of cardio to torch calories and build and tone muscle!

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC: A variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support.

STEP & SCULPT: A full body workout consisting of 30 minutes of step aerobics and 15 minutes of weight bearing exercises and abs.

TABATA'S: This class is comprised of a variety of challenging and intense timed exercises. No matter what your fitness goals are this class will deliver!

TAI CHI: This Tai chi Yang Style 24 Short Form class is focused on improving balance, mental focus, and strength using slow, flowing movements, Emphasis is on the Eight Principles of Tai chi.

TIGHT & TONE: A perfect workout for anyone who is looking for a total body workout using light to moderate weights to get lean, toned and fit fast!

TRIPLE THREAT: Three dynamite formats packed into one intense class! Cardio, pure strength training, and core conditioning for the total cross training effect.

YOGA: Develop strength and flexibility while integrating body, mind, and spirit.

ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system!

ZUMBA GOLD: A lower impact Zumba class great for beginners, older active adults, and anyone who wants to join in the fun!
