FLOW YOGA: Stretch through a series of simple yoga moves combined with Tai Chi, and Pilates, choreographed to inspiring music
FOREVER FIT: Total body group training program geared to active older adults. Exercises to help keep muscles toned in a fun, social environment.
HIIT: This class has 3 different formats, rotating each week all with explosive power to keep it fun and exciting! Plyo, cardio and strength training, incorporating weights, barbells, and body weight.
JOLT DANCE: A pop/hip-hop based fitness class with sprinkles of all kinds of dance styles!
KICK AEROBICS: Basic Kickboxing movement and motion drills for a great cardio workout!
OCTANE: 60 minutes of pulse-pounding, muscle-toning, endurance-building exercises. Take your fitness to a whole new level.
PARKINSON'S FITNESS: Exercises that can help improve gait, balance, tremor flexibility, grip strength and motor coordination.
SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC: A variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support.
STEP & SCULPT: A full body workout consisting of 30 minutes of step aerobics and 15 minutes of weight bearing exercises and abs.
TABATA'S: This class is comprised of a variety challenging and intense timed exercises. No matter what your fitness goals are this class will deliver!
TIGHT & TONE: A perfect workout for anyone who is looking for a total body workout using light to moderate weights to get lean, toned and fit fast!
TRIPLE THREAT: Three dynamite formats packed into one intense class! Cardio, pure strength training, and core conditioning for the total cross training effect.
YOGA: Develop strength and flexibility while integrating body, mind and spirit.
ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic. exciting, and effective fitness system.
